INDEPENDENT COMPANY VALUATION

Your information, used for your enquiry.

How Independent Company Valuation handles contact details and optional business information submitted through the valuation enquiry form.

THE STARTING POINT

Contact details submitted here are used by Consult EFC to respond to your valuation enquiry and discuss potential work. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or commission an engagement.

Who handles the enquiry?

Kishen Patel at Consult EFC handles enquiries received through Independent Company Valuation. For questions about your information, contact info@consultEFC.com.

What the form collects

The form collects your name, email, valuation purpose and optional phone number and business town or postcode. It also sends the page address, brand, service, enquiry reference, submission time and campaign identifiers where present. Delivery uses the existing Zapier enquiry workflow. Do not include confidential accounts, identification or transaction documents in this form.

How information is used

Your details are used to respond, understand the proposed scope and identify the source of the enquiry. Contact and hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver the service. Confidential document sharing and any engagement-specific information requirements are agreed separately.

Checklist and website features

The readiness checklist runs in your browser. Its selections are not submitted with an enquiry and are cleared when the page is reloaded. This website’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and form delivery providers may process technical information to operate their services.

Requests and retention

Contact the email above to ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information. Some information may need to be retained for an engagement or applicable obligations. Retention and further terms can be discussed before work begins. This notice was updated on 17 October 2026.
